MN SFS's Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy Movie Night
April 26th, 2005

Mere seconds before the Earth is to be demolished by an alien construction crew, journeyman Arthur Dent is swept off the planet by his friend Ford Prefect, a researcher penning a new edition of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...

MN Space Frontier and MN Astronomical Society were invited to the Twin Cities sneak preview to the movie "Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy". Free passes and posters were given out at MAS's Astronomy Day and free tickets and posters were made availabe to those on the MN SFS e-mail list. The sneak peak was at Crossroads Mall in Roseville, MN. The event was hosted by UA Pavilion and was co-sponsored by nemerfieger and Associates ad agency and KDWB radio station.

As this event was scheduled on the regular MN SFS movie night, we made this our movie for April.
