Ken Starr sent his report to the House,
A sordid story it was.
It called Bill Clinton a rotten louse,
Who should be impeached - for cause.
Then Clinton's lawyers called Starr unfair,
Just out to destroy their guy.
"When Bill told the jury there was no affair,
It was - technically - not a lie."
The House debated for but one day,
And so-o their plan was born.
They soon were voting to see if they,
Could fill-l the Web with porn.
The People cried out both near and far,
With voices that were as one.
"A Pox on Bill Clinton, A Pox on Ken Starr,
And a Pox on all Washington."
